I have served in the Marine Corps for 21 years, that allows me to use professionalism and discipline with how I approach every client in their fitness journey. I listen to you and reaffirm that I understand what you are looking for from me as your Fitness Trainer. I am passionate to see the best in everyone that I train or coach, helping them to improve their health, wellness and quality of life. I promise to deliver high-energy and excitement throughout each session.
To give you more information on my fitness journey, I began after being challenged by one of my Staff Non-Commissioned Officers. He challenged me to lift 135 pounds. When facing defeat I was in the gym day in and day out until I was able to do so for 100 repetitions. I went on to compete in two Men’s Physique shows, not placing in my first competition and placing 3rd in my second show three years later. While obtaining my Associates degree in Exercise Science I also developed skills in strength and conditioning, lean muscle building, weight loss, high intensity interval training and high intensity tactical training.
Throughout my journey I have learned to be patient with each client and understand what is best for each individual. I take the time to learn about people and appreciate what you’re looking to achieve with me individually. I will help motivate and guide you towards a healthier lifestyle. I love being apart of your process and success story.
